The indulgence of a Ferrero Rocher starts before you reach for it. Notice the gold mountain, with intricate creases running throughout, that sits on finely crafted pedestal with elegant gold fencing. The creases on the foil wrapper are intricate and unique, no two Ferrero Rocher look the same.

Never separate the chocolate and the foil from its case. Slightly lift the foil wrapper from the chocolate and separate part of the wrapper from the base and you can extract the chocolate from within the foil wrapper while its still attached to the base.

Never put the Ferrero Rocher into your mouth whole. This amazing delicacy needs to be enjoyed with patience.

First slowly nibble on the milk chocolate and hazelnut pieces. You will be surprised at how easily it comes apart from the wafer shell. As the milk chocolate and hazelnut pieces fall into your mouth let it melt slowly and enjoy the crunch of the hazelnut pieces.

Observe as the wafer shell slowly becomes visible, the jagged milk chocolate covering gives way to a smooth wafer, perfectly crafted with a thin line in the middle. Take a moment to turn the wafer around and observe its perfection (but do this quickly because the chocolate is starting melt from the heat of your fingertips).

Slightly put some pressure on the top and the bottom of the crease on the wafer. If the temperature is right, the wafer will come apart, separating into two halves and reveal a whole hazelnut sitting in a frozen bed of chocolate.

Eat the wafer and contrast its crunchiness with the hazelnut pieces from the outer cover.

The frozen chocolate and hazelnut center is another masterpiece, the the chocolate has intricate lines from the ridges on the inside of the wafer. The hazelnut sits surrounded by the chocolate but not covered, almost as if they were set together in a gravity-less environment.

Put the chocolate and the hazelnut in your mouth and let the chocolate melt, and feel as the taste spreads throughout your taste buds. Bite into the nut and feel its freshness and crunchiness.
